Get ready for the #DreadHang spinning pull up bar challenge in your own home or gym! Easily installs with your existing rig/rack system or any standard pull up bar 1.25" diameter or smaller. Our patent-pending design features durable, wear-resistant nylon contact points and is precision engineered from powder coated steel.

How a spinning bar works: First, a non-spinning bar (like your pull up bar) is relatively easy to do a dead hang on because the bar does not rotate and friction is largely responsible for your ability to hang on. A Dread Hang spinning bar removes the advantage of friction so, because the bar spins freely, your ability to hang on is 100% determined by YOU alone!
How sizing works: The larger the diameter, the harder it is to hold on! If you are close to being in between sizes, most people should choose the smaller of the two. If you are looking for a more extreme challenge, consider going up a size.

I’m really impressed by this product and company. The Dread Hang does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Very humbling initially (as you would expect), the exact reason why I purchased it. The product itself feels solid and looks to be well built. I’m shocked it’s priced so reasonably. I own a lot of home gym equipment from all the big names (Rogue, Eleiko, etc.) and this product might actually outclass them all as far as fit and finish out of the box. Well done, Weld Fitness.
Never had a better one, it is versatile and can go on any standard pullup bar. Would recommend!
I’ve been doing dead hangs for a while, and bought the Weld spinning bar to add extra difficulty to the dead hang, and build my grips a little more. So far it’s great and exactly what I wanted! Thanks
